Today is my 16 year anniversary!  We didn’t have a wedding photographer when we got married we only had photos from friends and family members…here are a few from our day 16 years ago today!

We got married in my Mom’s hotel by the airport.  She was the GM of this hotel for 18 years It is still there but it has had twenty different names over the years.

Clayton’s father “Joe” walked me down the isle.  He passed away a few years and we named our son after him!

16 years has gone by soooo fast good grief!!   I am truly honored and blessed to not only have the best man on the planet
as a husband but because of the him the best family.  I love you honey today and forever!

I was very excited to photograph this event in Miami and be a part of the Super Bowl festivities.  It was crazy how many people they got in such a little space but man was it fun!  I think Jen and I only slept 3 hours in the two days but it was totally worth it!  Due to the nature and privacy of the photos I can only show a few but I hope to show more soon…..

The party was at the Sagamore in Miami Beach which was just an awesome hotel!

Sidney Rice - Wide Receiver for the Vikings LOVED him he was super nice and very humble!

Dennis Phillips - an amateur poker player who in 2008 at the World Series of Poker won almost 5 million dollars taking 3rd place.  Ok so I am a poker geek…you caught me!

You know it is going to be a good wedding when someone tells the bride I think it is going to rain (and they are having an outdoor wedding) and she replies “I am marrying that man outside at 4:00 and I don’t care if it pours!  It sprinkled a little but just before 4:00 the sun came out and it was a beautiful day.
