Jordan always imagined her wedding in France with her Father (who is a musician) playing the piano as she walked down the isle to marry her prince charming.  Well she got her dream!  The sounds of the pre recorded wedding march of her father playing the piano filled the east side of Chateau de Canaples as Mr. Rieth walked his only daughter across the grand lawn to marry her Prince Mr. Andrew McGregor.  Jordan held the bouquet we had picked up in a flower shop in Amiens the day before with a pin inside from both her grandmothers.  She wore Christian Louboutin high heels that her groom got signed from Christian himself as a present just a few months before.  It was an emotional day and everyone cried including the pastor as he read their vows and got choked up talking about the lovely children the two of them would have together.

After the ceremony there was the first dance and father/mother dances followed by a champagne toast and the cutting of the Croquembouche (french wedding cake).  After all the goodbyes to the family we spent the rest of the day in Paris in full wedding attire as Jacob (brother of the bride) drove us all over Paris for photos at most of the cities monuments and special locations.

So I announced last week that I was looking for some part time help because I could no longer handle it all on my own. Well, I am excited to say…… I found the absolute perfect person! Meet Shadow. She is awesome and we have been having so much fun our first week already. I am VERY excited because she is not only going to help keep me organized (and help me have some personal time), but I know she is going to add to the business with her passion for life, her family and love of photography. I met Shadow while shooting one of my favorite brides wedding *hi Sarah* and we just meshed well.  I am so thrilled she wanted to be a part of my crazy world and I just know she is going to add so very much to my business.  I am so excited to see where the future will take us.

I was super excited to be a part of Ashlie from Weddings in the City first Bridal Showcase!  You would never tell it was her first because it was flawless!! Met some awesome brides and ate some awesome food   If you are looking for a wedding venue Eagle Creek is really pretty!

I had the pleasure of photographing a super AMAZING event for the Heart Gallery of Orlando this week.  I truly can’t believe how many awesome children there are up for adoption in Orlando???? Wow my heart if full of love for these children and for the awesome people who donated their time to this worthy cause.  Thank you to Misty Miotto for asking me to come and being an all around awesome chick and Kristin Hubbard for playing such awesome music

Ok so for those of you who don’t know I am a terrible cook and I HATE to do it!  I got this idea that when the kiddos go back to school I would cook alot more often so I need some help.  I would love to know your favorite recipes under 30mins prep time but it can be anything from chicken to soup.  You can post a link or the whole recipe in the comment section.  I will pick 5 of the favs and cook every night next week and blog about it giving you credit for the meal Of the five I will randomly pick one person to win a $50.00 Publix Gift Certificate. So my goals for Tab McCausland Photography this year was to get one of my pictures published in ANY magazine.  A small goal I know but it seemed pretty far out of reach for me last year.  Alot that has happened this year seemed far out my reach and I honestly can not believe that so far this year I have shot my first magazine cover a nationwide cage fitness campaign and have been published in 5  magazines and 3 newspaper articles.

It is amazing to me how powerful goals can be and I am so thankful to be given the chance to do what I love and what I am passionate about.  So I wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU!  Thank you to all my amazing brides and clients this year and I look forward to many many magazines to come!

Also I wanted to share some really nice words from two past clients done on Wedding Wire yesterday.  NO I didn’t cry *sniff sniff* thank you BOTH!
